Traction batteries FAAM of the TTM series work perfectly on any loading equipment. The quality of the oxides of high purity (99.99%) and the use of special alloys guarantee a low level of self-discharge. Low electrical resistance guarantees not only maximum energy efficiency, but also fast, high-quality battery charging, which, in turn, allows you to use batteries with the highest efficiency and save energy when charging the battery.

Advantages of FAAM traction batteries:

  • SEALED & SAFE system. Provides reliable tightness of the traction battery for forklifts, thanks to the use of a new cover welded to the pole terminals, guarantees a high level of safety due to the complete electrical isolation of the inter-element connections.

  • The low level of self-discharge is the result of the use of special alloys and oxides of high purity (99.99%), which, in combination with a number of the latest technical solutions, full automation of production and the implemented quality control system, makes it possible to produce only the highest quality product. , such as Still, Jungheinrich, Rocla, Toyota, BT, Komatsu, Yale, Hyster, Linde and others. Traction batteries for FAAM loader are recognized as the best for use on their equipment.

  • Low internal resistance . The choice of high-quality materials and the optimal design of the traction batteries allowed to reduce losses, obtain a stable voltage during the discharge process of the battery and, therefore, increase its load capacity. The increase in power due to the low internal resistance allowed to reduce the charging time of the battery and reduce energy consumption.

  • High energy efficiency. The special geometry of the lattice, an increase in the cross-section of the output terminals of the traction batteries, and a decrease in the resistance of the inter-element connections made it possible to reduce the internal voltage losses.

  • The minimum water consumption is the result of the use of special separators and high quality alloys, which reduce internal heating and minimize self-discharge. On request, traction batteries for the loader and FAAM batteries can be equipped with the Aquamatic autofill system. The "Aquamatic" system is used to automatically maintain the optimum electrolyte level. A valve and a float in the plug control the water filling process to achieve the required level in each accumulator. Thanks to the valve, water flows into each accumulator, and the float closes the valve when the required electrolyte level is reached. The "Aquamatic" system ensures flawless operation for the entire life of the traction battery.
